[URPE] debt and deficits

Dear fellow URPE members

I am preparing to do a lecture for an advanced undergrad  
macroeconomics class on debts and deficits, focused on the debate on  
whether the level of current fiscal deficits are harmful or whether in  
fact another stimulus package that temporarily worsens the deficit  
(and debt) would be macroeconomically advantageous. I want to present  
this as a debate and would like to ask if any of you have a  
presentation on this topic you could share with me, or examples of  
useful background readings for undergrads.
