[URPE] Radical economic history of U.S.?

There is a surfeit of superb work in US Labor and
Working Class History. Folks should look at
three journals Labor: Studies in the Working
Class History of the Americas, International
Labor and Working Class History, and Labor
History to see current scholarship.
Two excellent, recent surveys worth starting
with: Lichtenstein, State of the Union and Who
Built America: Part I and Part II.
Lichtenstein's new book Retail Revolution on
Wal-Mart is an excellent piece of applied and
current political economy.
