Dear URPE members,
I am working with a team of students to produce a print Atlas of
Global Inequalities to be published by UC Press and Myriad Editions.
I would love any suggestions or advice you can offer. But I have two
questions in particular on which I need your help:
1) Where can I get a breakdown of government expenditures, for as
many countries as feasible, on inequality, social spending and
similar? The World Bank data I have been looking at in World
Development Indicators is limited.
2) Is there a literature or data source on transfers from rich to
poor by various means?
Thanks very much for your help. Data for individual countries would also help.
