Hola Edgar,

Y puede tener que ver mucho mas, y ni siquiera sepamos...

El asunto es que desde que se inventaron las SA, los paraísos fiscales y los
valijeros muchos de los "oligarcas rentistas", que describiera Franzoia en
su artículo sobre Mariano Grondona, pueden haber pasado a ser "socios
ocultos" y de esa manera materializar la alianza y garantizar la entrega.
¿Qué mayor garantía para una multinacional que alguno de los cipayos locales
detente acciones de la misma? Quizás siguiendo este camino encontremos el
"dónde" hay que cortar la cadena de la dependencia y nos ayude a planear el
"cómo". Y ni que hablar de sus "cuadros" en los organismos multilaterales y
demas yerbas.

Asimismo muchos "garcas" locales pueden haber usado figuras como Tompkins,
en el Sur, para encubrir una forma de "venta" a alguien que en el futuro, de
firmarse algún TLC..., tendrá un alto grado de impunidad frente a la
legislación argentina.
Estas poderosas familias no se deshacen de su patrimonio... ya que no tienen
ninguna necesidad de hacerlo. Lo que van generando son nuevas formas
jurídicas de garantizar su hegemonía, y en tal sentido se alían con esa
"banda", por llamarlos de alguna manera.

Me parece que identificar y neutralizar el "nexo local" (con dichas
estructuras de poder) es la única forma "a nuestro alcance" de ponerle
límites a las ambiciones externas, ya que un cipayo siempre va a encontrar
al "poder foráneo" de turno con el cual asociarse en la enajenación de la
riqueza de la Nación y del Pueblo.
