[R-G] 60 Minutes Feature on Drone Strikes

[Intense Red]

   I saw that episode, a puff piece of techno-fetish on how nifty it is that 
the US military can kill people in Afghanistan from Nevada.

   What I waited to hear is how this new technology extends the battlefield 
into the US. The "pilots" outside of Las Vegas are combatants and are 
legitimate military targets under the rules of war.

   Sadly -- but not surprisingly -- CBS was mute on the point.
