Thank God the French kept the United States from setting up a permanent
military presence after WW11!  They respond to reality in
the visceral French way.  Le Droit is primary.  it is no accident that "le
Fin de l"Etat de le Droit" was written there.  Speach is still consideed
free.  Sarkosy trying to outdo a French movie star featured in American
