A good source in Venezuela just told me the 'Si!' vote is looking at 60% currently, and suggests that victory for Chavez is "irreversible." Contrary to the Al Jazeera headline which reads, "Caracas split over Chavez changes," my colleague says "the city is celebrating hard," except, presumably, for the 'escuálidos.'
