Freezing in the Dark: Why Canada Needs an Energy Security Plan -  
March 3rd

Gordon Laxer, the extraordinary director of Alberta-based Parkland  
Institute has been a thorn in the side of Conservatives from Ralph  
Klein to Stephen Harper. The Parkland is the unofficial opposition in  
Alberta, repeatedly exposing the Alberta government's terrible public  
policies - especially on the energy front.

On March 3rd he will be speaking in Vancouver.
