[R-G] Closing down of Save grain campaign offices

As you know Government is giving  a big push to Biofuels . This will require farmers to divert thier agricultural lands to the production of biofuels . This will push up the price of agricultural produce. At various forums it is being told,  that the farmers need not worry, the production of Biofuel will help to buy the grain. See the article below. It seems that now there is no longer any need for farmers to save grain. They can buy off the shelf !!
