[R-G] article sent by Sid on the militarisation of civil law, and the danger

The article, highly researched, details impeccably, exactly how the
new laws (Patriot 1 & 2, Military Commisions Act of 2006, as well as
the corollary Military Law introduced by Sen John Warner at the same
time) permanently destroy civil law both nationally as well as
internationally.    I tried to send several friends this article only
to find that none were sent nor was that article any longer in my in
box or anywhere else in my system.

It was put in my e-mail October 5, by Sid Shniad   I opened it October
6 ....October 7 I sent him a request that he please resend that
article if at all possible

The title had a warning on it on the toxisity of the subject and to
disperse widely...I will do so gladly.

Since he was unable to do this, perhaps you could do so?

If you are able to do this and should there be any cost. please let me know.
