hi all:

macdonald, the 37 mbd was an EIA "estimate" for TOTAL unconventional  
oils production needed by 2020-30, which I mistakenly, absurdly,  
sloppily, attributed to tar sands.



of course, in the real world, even the fantasy estimates don't go  
above 5 mbd for 2020-30, as you note.
