Dear listmembers: This reminds me to make a public call-out/thanks to 
Anthony Fenton, tireless advocate for the Haitian people resisting 
Canadian colonialism, for running this list in my extended absence. As I 
am now returned and compañero Anthony is now on a book tour releasing 
"Waging war on the poor Majority: Canada in Haiti" (co-written with Yves 
Engler), now is the time for me to release Anthony and resume my usual 
moderation duties. Wish him well on his upcoming report trip to Haiti; 
as he never lets us forget, the UN and Canadians operating in Haiti are 
playing for keeps so this could be a dicey trip.
