Good day, all.  Thanx for posting!  I hope you and yours are well and will

Hello.  It's been 10 years since genocide enveloped Rwanda.  The memory of the victims of the Rwandan genocide call for the U.S. and the international community to learn from past mistakes and ensure that the world will never again stand idle while people are slaughtered.  As well, in Darfur, Western Sudan, government-backed militias have been carrying out a campaign of ethnic cleansing against citizens of three ethnic groups.  
 
To this point, one-sixth of the terrorized people of Darfur have fled their villages in fear.  Genocides can and must be prevented.  Unless the U.S. and global community make preventing violent conflicts a high priority, nightmares of Rwanda, Srebenica, Kosovo, and the Holocaust will be repeated in Sudan.  As "we, the people...", can't stand by and watch U.S. military commit war crimes around the world, even though they were acting on orders, so too, we can't stand by and watch even more grave atrocities happen in the Sudan; act now!
