Dear Mcdonald,
Hola, both! You say, "This is very very wrong. The Iraqi resistance so far has outsmarted the American/British Occupiers by quite some margin, and they have done so by
targetting anyone who, for any reason, works with the Occupation.", which is itself very, very wrong. For, I stated the emperor's policies, I didn't say they were effective, nor that I agreed with them; for I disagree with them in every instance! You're projecting that the US couldn't do a better job of defending Iraqi police and police recruits lives is absurd. For, if they couldn't, then there would be a 20 to 40 dead Americans per week, instead of 4, as there are 50 to 60 dead Iraqis that aren't opposition per week; figuring for proportionality of occupying forces to domestic US friendly forces.
Jonathon, Thanx for pointing that out to him, you're right he did project, inaccurately several times. Yet, I must disagree with you a little too. Your points are rational, and in keeping with their plausible deniability (which is one of the cornerstones of all premeditated mass-murder); for, it "just doesn't make sense on so many levels". Yet, does premeditated mass-murder 'make sense' to any but the criminally insane who practice it continually; as a way of life, even? The republican conspiracy is thinking in terms of winning the emperor a second term on the throne, period. Since they want to pull out and have a temporarily stable process seem to exist 'til after the election, all plans are in support of that alone. How did they get the Americans to jump into a world war on 'terror', by allowing the terror of 9-11, and following it up with an ongoing military prepared and timed program of anthrax attacks, and now ricin, against the American populace; to herd them along. The
same motis operendi over there. They think the terror of the opposition against US collaborators, police recruits, police, etc., will turn the Iraqi people into a hateful and murdering machine, long enough to secure the re-crowning for the supposed Christians. That it may only last 'til after the election is a plus for the remocrats, because it will then justify a larger occupation, and incursions into neighboring countries, as the next steps in their slow-motion blitzkrieg of the world; that continually is gaining speed, i.m.h.o.. Let us not forget that they can still engineer this if their latest tactics don't work, or just don't work in their time frame :) First, by allowing any one very large attack against US collaborators, at any time, or specifically timed before the election. Two, by facilitating an even larger attack to pin on Alqueda, or whoever, especially if and when they can coincide it with A bin Laden size figures death in the act, etc.. "We" must stand up for
the Iraqis being slaughtered, to send a message to the remocrats and dempublicans that these engineered non-preventions of mass-murders won't go un-scrutinized, un-dissected, un-explained for what they are, and unchallenged; in the most vigorous ways possible; ergo, the somewhat sensational presentation, duh.
Both, thanx for your responses and insights. Lest "we" forget, if you don't exercise responsibility, its Siamese sister, freedom, will wither, as well. Sadly, now, it first needs to be exorcized before its exercised. As always, feel free to copy and share, as well. Viva la evolution! For those interested :) "of or pertaining to the morning, day: relating to or happening in the morning or in the early part of the day (formal), (Mid-16th century, from late Latin matutinalis, from Matuta, goddess of the dawn.)". Enjoy a festive eve' as you can. Au revoir.
Matutinally Yours, james m nordlund reality (aja) :)
