Excellent speech!
Perhaps I could find it in the international news media?

Subject: [R-G] Bush's UN Speech rewritten for Saddam Hussein
Speech given by Saddam Hussein, President of the Republic of Iraq, to
the
General Assembly of the United Nations on September 16 2002 in
commemoration
of
the 20th anniversary of the Sabra and Shatila Massacre.
Very, very unofficial transcript-- written by Macdonald Stainsby.
----
People of the United Nations, the people of the world, people of the
United
States.
Twenty years ago to this day, the Israeli Likud Regime while invading
Lebanon
carried out a world-renowned act of terror. The people of Iraq extended
their
immediate sympathy and proudly identified the perpetrators as people who
cannot
stand the Palestinian love of freedom, and this Iraq proudly stands with
them
about. Those who would destroy our freedoms, like Ariel Sharon, are
known to
be
terrorists and we share in the worldwide sympathy for the Palestinian
victims of
terror on this anniversary that we felt then.
