[R-G] Duplicate mailings

Hello everybody,

some of you may wonder why they receive emails from me
duplicating emails they have already received.
I am re-sening those messages which were originally sent out
encoded in base64, because not every recipient has an email
setup which automatically decodes these messages.  I am
trying to install a filter so that the messages will be
decoded autmatically for everyone, but while I am learning
how to do this you have to bear with the duplicate emails.
