[R-G] Wellstone and the Democrats

I admit to a bias towards the Democratic Party and especially when people
heorize uncritically a fallen Democrat, even if he was good on some issues.
I understand he did vote against the Patriot Act and the Persian Gulf War.
To me the party to which Wellstone was aligned works night and day against
the Green Party which is the only party with a platform stand against these
oil war parties.  The DP is part of the war machine and promotes the
illusion that the Dems can be reformed.  Giving life to this illusion kills
people around the world and sets us back.  In my view if individuals like
Wellstone were so good they would leave the corporate party and help us
build the Green Party and take a clear direct stand on these important
issues and be as clear as McKinney and Lee.
