This behavior is what Scott Ritter was referring to when he told the
anti-war demonstration in London:
"We have a saying in America: 'Friends don't let friends drive drunk ...' "
Unfortunately, I can't make quasi-quotes in ASCII, so I'll just say that
Ritter went on to remark that we now had an alcoholic at the wheel and the
British people needed to help us take the keys away from him before he
drove the vehicle of world peace over a cliff.
(Sorry for lack of exact quote ... Heard it on the radio.)
