So what??

Arafat does *NOT* represent the Palestinian struggle. He is no more a
representative of the Palestinian struggle than Colin Powell is the African
American. Palestinian leaders are the ones holding stones and facing the IDF
*right now* while the entire world is staring at Afghanistan. Has Arafat even
given a speech to the Palestinian people yet, since 9-11?

Get him out of the way.
The UN is no answer, and Arafat is part of the question.
