[Marxism] Idle Container Ships

The latter.  No business, container traffic has dropped precipitously. 
Idle at sea, like airplanes parked in the desert.  Or locomotives stored.

waiting to offload at port or parked out there without contracts?  I assume 
you mean the latter?  Not enough dock space so they just drop the pick out 
there? cheaper anyway.
