1.  You are a moron Cloke. I do not post statistics from the US Chamber of 
Commerce.  I post them from the US Dept of Commerce's Economic Census 
Bureau, the Bureau of Economic Analysis, the US Federal Reserve, Eurostat, 
the DOE's Energy Information Agency, WTO, China National Statistics Bureau. 
Once in awhile the Semiconductor Industry Association comes up with some 
remarkable studies on the growing process power/declining cost of 
microprocessors, but US Chamber of Commerce, not hardly.

2. I'm old, but not that old that I wouldn't want to give you an opportunity 
to walk your talk.  So when and if you ever journey to NYC, let me know, and 
I'll arrange to meet you and you can try slapping.  Dealt with many huffers 
like you in my railroad career, never backed down from the challenge, and I 
remember the odd trick or two from the old hand to hand combat training in 
jungle warfare school.  I bet you have so much shit in your blood that you 
wouldn't make a sound if we were ever face to face, accept maybe to whimper
