No, they are not the same.

Difference is one term is specifically gender related-- is a degrading term 
based on the belief that women's sexuality is offensive.

The term derives its power from the inferior social status of women.

Nobody has ever been denied equal pay, etc.  because they are, or have, a 
"prick" or "an asshole."

If you can't see the link between the power of insult and the imposed 
inferior social status of women based on their gender, then you don't see 
it.  Doesn't mean you're right or accurate.  Means you need to get glasses.
