"AfPak" is the term chosen by the imperial media-managers for the  
purpose of maximum obfuscation.  The truth is that the conflict takes  
place almost entirely in Pushtun-inhabited areas.  So the right term,  
the only one we should use, would be "Pushtunistan."  (yes, I know all  
the apologists for big-power nationalism will expatiate to the effect   
that "small" peoples, like Pushtuns, Tibetans, Uighurs, Biafrans, West  
Irians, etc.--though not, for some reason, Puertoricans and Northern  
Irishmen--cannot form independant states and so have no right to self- 
determination)
