Why is a reference to a woman's genitals the most offensive thing you think 
you can say to a man?

Comrade Keyes is absolutely correct.  That word has no place on a Marxist 
list, has no place anywhere.  It is a word derived from the subjugation and 
degradation of women.   No matter how you think you are using it, your use 
of it alone provides explicit approval of that treatment of women.
