Wow!  The Dalai Lama's brother accepted US aid to help the Tibetan  
people in an uneven struggle against Chinese imperial occupation.   
That's awful!  Almost as bad as Roger Casement accepting the Kaiser's  
aid to help the Irish people in an unequal struggle against British  
imperial occupation.
