Right. Panic talk. 60 votes to close off filibuster and vote the bill--
after the Democrats have had a hard time even bringing to the floor of the
Senate an interim stop-gap funding bill with a 6 month life-span. That bill
passed easily in the HOR, and has run into opposition in the Senate with
Dems Bayh and Feingold saying they will oppose the bill.
This unionation bill has had the Chamber of Commerce and NAM threatening
"riots" if it passes for months, and spending money to back the threats...
We'll see.
