And I might respond, that I find his popularity in the capitalist press,
puerile and worthless-- worse than worthless, an actual negative. But I
wouldn't do that.

Whatever our criticisms of Zizek (e.g. he is still a neo-Kantian qua
Lacanian), and I find most of those in recent evidence on this list puerile
and worthless, it remains that he is a nearly unparalleled popular presence
of openly attested Marxism in the capitalist press and university.
