An item of special note in this article, and thanks to Marvin for providing 
this-- look at the costs of production.  The Iraqi govt. stipulated that the 
winner would have to bring the cost of producting down to $2 barrel--  shows 
you how cheap, how easy it is to pump oil in some areas of the Mideast, and 
how technology has maintained the actual cost of production with remarkable 
stability over the past 60 years-- and this is exactly contrary to what peak 
theory tells us should happen.
