Those particularlty interested in the evaluation of forcasting from 
time-sequence data would be well advised ro read

Actually, this advice should be given to 95% of the current generation of 
scientists-publicists, and, for members of this list, it is a crucial 
warning that great scepticism needs to be taken of all the current doomsday 
forecasts.
