Well, I'll tell you what comrades Marv and Waistline, dig a little  bit 
deeper into foreign direct investment and look at how much FDI contributes 
to GDP, exports, and earnings.  Look a bit deeper into how much FDI, and 
foreign investment enterpries, FIE, contribute to hi-tech exports.  You 
might find it enlightening.
