No.

It has never been published, and was also not prepared neither be Engels
not by Kautsky to be published, it required the work of later researchers to
be made ready for publication.
There are also other manuscripts which have not been published until the
mid of second half of the 20th century.
The fact that his notes on mathematics are not of direct political value is
certainly one of the reasons, also for Engels, not to push the work on them.
He had enough to to by making volumes 2 and 3 of Das Kapital ready for
publication. And then he died...

I think the "Grundrisse" had also not been included, having been published
only in the 20th century.
