During the actual oath, yes. But when introduced, Bidan's full name was 
used. Following that, Obama was conspicuously (to me) introduced as 
"Barrack H. Obama", something he's never gone by before. Every time he 
tries to hide his middle name because of what it invokes in many 
people's minds is just as offensive as every time his enemies do invoke 
it for the very same reason.
