says all that needs to be said about the faux erudition, and pseudo-humanism 
of this jerk. Solzhenitsyn was an unreformed Czarist, reactionary mystic, on 
top of which his novels stunk.

That's BHL's source of enlightenment-- an admirer of the old face of 
barbarism.  You have to love the French-- who else would induct Jerry Lewis 
into a legion of honor?  But you don't have to love everything about them, 
and not every one of them.   This guy's as big a phony as they come, bigger 
even than Althusser, and that takes some doing.
