[Marxism] UNSEC Resolution 1860 on Gaza War: Text

Remember Jenin?  Remember that Israel barred UN investigators from even 
entering the area?  Remember what the UN commissioner for refugees (think 
that was the title) said at the time, when the UN backed down?  "The UN is 
finished."

The resolution means nothing.  The UN was finished years ago in Jenin, and 
years even before that.
