This, Paul's post, is exactly what I meant that the purpose of the destruction is exactly
the destruction.

No Bantustan, no Namibia, no Swaziland-- just permanent dispossession, with life 
below subsistence levels, but a "modernized" sub sub-sistence, complete with cell
phones, video, a hospital or 2 with an MRI machine-- not just strangulation, but
a continuous pressing down, a constriction, punctuated by more vicious outbursts.
