I just checked Arab American population statistics, and San Francisco
wasn't listed in the top twenty population areas of what the Arab
American Institute claims 3 and a half million total. Of course, SF is
SF. 

Still, an amazing turnout. Perhaps among other things, demographics are
turning against the Israeli lobby.
