Would be good to see the scientific evidence that many of these things 
actually work; and that the "working" can actually be duplicated. I don't 
doubt that many of the alternatives can be of benefit, just would like to 
see how the Cubans make the determinations.

The article clearly indicates that the great benefit to health care in Cuba 
is the lack of economic inequality.

Word.... to those who think "equality" is a restraint on real human 
development.
