[Marxism] Chinese Auto Production

What is this myth of "China's" auto production? Is there one Chinese auto
producing company? No there isn't. There are 80, with 6 [I think] of the
10 largest being foreign, multinational companies.

This is just like saying China is the largest cell phone producer in the
world; China is the largest toy producer in the world; China is the largest
textile producer in the world. It means, in this world, very little. Who
owns the revenue streams means more.

What does mean something is: what are the social relations of production
augmented, quickened by auto production in China? How do those social
relations of production fit, or not fit, with the condition of Chinese
agriculture? What are the prospects for the disequilibrium already present
in the Chinese economy given the overall world economic condition?

So again what are the prospects for China given its internal economic
organization, its relations between city and countryside, and the global
predicament of capital? That was the original issue of the original post.
