That's not true. There is no scientific evidence proving any of
chiropractics claims.

Insurance also pays for massages, which is what chiropracty is.
Insurance also pays for other treatments with very dubious scientific
validity, such as acupuncture. Hell, if the company can pay $500 for
you to get acupuncture instead of $50,000 for your chemo, it's a good
deal for them. Really, basing an argument on what insurance companies
will and won't pay for is silly.

Yes, doctors kill a lot of people, by accident. Have you considered
how many people doctors see? And how many people do doctors save? If a
treatment is 90% likely to save me and 10% likely to kill me, and I'm
100% likely to die without treatment, I'll take my odds with the
treatment.
