[Marxism] Campaign for a NO on bailout?

I certainly believe that we on the anti-capitalist left should expose and denounce the bailout in general and in its particulars. But I think it's ridiculous in the absence of any mass organized left movement, of workers or more generally, to talk about raising demands, other than purely negative ones for propaganda purposes, on the capitalist state, especially on a national scale.

Rather, we can and should work to organize small-scale actions that can be copied widely and perhaps inspire a pandemic. I'm thinking particularly of forcibly stopping evictions, whether of forclosees or renters, and seizing and squatting already-vacant homes. Also, occupations of businesses that close, changing what goods or services they provide if they're not already socially useful.

Any thoughts?
