Ok JS,

I may have been hasty and you may have conveyed the wrong impression of your
views.

But really things are moving at a very fast pace in Northern Ireland and of
course I do not like all the changes.  I would also like to put on record my
abiding hatred of the Catholic Church, a hatred which the years have not
dimmed.

 But capitalist modernity has come to Ireland and with it a whole new range
of politcal tasks.
