You can't schedule a mass demonstration without the masses. What's needed is propaganda and agitation, particularly among potential and actual members of the U.S. military. Such agit-prop should include favorable coverage of the history of G.I. resistance in Vietnam and of more recent resistance, particularly that of Hasan Akbar, whose example might be emulated by Latino U.S. soldiers sent to Bolivia or Venezuela. Hopefully, such Spanish-speaking Akbars -- or just simple deserters -- would have a good chance of escaping in that environment.
Also, political/moral support should be given in advance to any person or group anywhere in the world that undertakes anti-U.S. actions withour wantonly endangering innocent bystanders.
