But does that mean Sarkozy is an "improvement"?

And FWIW, I actually do not think in 1999 Clinton or Obama would have you 
used racist perjoratives if the demonstrators had been African-American. 
Obama and Clinton certainly didn't do that regarding New Orleans in 2005. 
Doesn't make them anything other than they are, as I said, but it certainly 
doesn't make Sarkozy any less the racist scumbag than he is.
