Common oppression can create a common identity and that may have some
features in
common with national oppression creating an oppressed national identity.

That doesn't necessarily make it national oppression.

It makes it....   something with political consequences and potentials
(which may have
features in common with the consequences and potentials of national
oppression) and
which can be described conceretely.
