[Marxism] 5.6 million votes for PSUV, run down pf state percentages

apparantly opposition got four million all up, which is down by about half a
million the December referendum last year, while Chavista vote is up 1.3
million from that narrow defeat.

The Chavistaqs also won four states lost to governoirs whio switrched sides,
while Carabobo (where incumbent Acosta Carlos ran against hte PSUV
canddiate) is yet to be announced
