[Marxism] Beyond (Straight and Gay) Marriage

This is not/was not a referendum on the "progressiveness" of marriage.  It 
was/is an issue of discrimination.  The "ban the gays" vote was simply a 
vehicle for discrimination.  Forget all the other junk, anybody for the 
propositions was simply voting for discrimination.  Marriage was the vector, 
the mule, the "use-value."  Discrimination was the commodity.
