the Spartacistas, the sectarians today are livid at Latin America's
forard march to the political left. Virtually everywhere with the
sole exception of Colombia, the march forward toward the realization
of the dreams of Marti and Bolivar, we're seeing political progress
up and down and all across the continent of Latin America right now.=20

The sectarians recoil against this, and in every case, some more
stridently, some more indirectly, they're all unhappy because the
peoples of Latin America are dispensing with services from these more
arcane backwaters of the political world. In some countries the pace
will be faster, in others it will be slower. Inevitably mistakes will
be made and setbacks will occur. But the general march forward could
not be more obvious, except to those unwilling to smell the coffee.
