[Marxism] IPS: Country Welcomes Cuban Doctors

Cuban doctors serve needy populations in dozens of countries around the
world. This is in keeping with Fidel's teaching that to be internationalists
is to pay our own debt to humanity. It isn't a recognition of the merit of
any given government, and should not be used to suggest that Cuba somehow
endorses or vouches for or sides with or has a "special relationship" with
the given government.
