Brains and spinal cords are different. Brains are not 
the sources of the disease in question. In California, 
getting a "suesos y lingua" tacitos or burritos is a treat 
served everywhere. Had some last Saturday in fact. 
One of my favorites. Yum. I'm sure it's available in
any part of the US where there are Mexican immigrants.
