Thank you Lou and Thank you Les for ten years of good work, even though I
haven't been around for the whole time. Thank you especially Lou, for
inviting me to join this list. I have learned a lot from the contributors to
this list, and use the list as one of my most important sources of
information. I hope that the list experiences a serious growth crisis in the
